Account & Order Info: Phone number/email (for APP registration), full name, shipping address, and phone number (for order processing and delivery);
Customization Materials: Text content and image files you upload (used solely for producing your custom card, not for other purposes);
Support Communications: Messages and chat logs with our customer support (used to resolve your inquiries).
(2) Automatically Collected Information
Device & Usage Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, and browsing history (e.g., card categories viewed, session duration) to improve APP functionality and user experience;
Order-Related Data: Order amount, payment method, and shipping information (used for order tracking and after-sales support).
2. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery: To complete card customization, process orders, arrange shipping, and provide after-sales support;
Experience Optimization: To display personalized card recommendations in the "For You" section (non-mandatory—you can disable this in "Settings → Privacy → Personalized Recommendations");
Security Protection: To detect unusual logins via IP address and device data, and encrypt your shipping address/phone number to prevent unauthorized access.
3. Information Protection Measures
Technical Security: We use AES-256 encryption (compliant with CCPA standards) and store user data on isolated AWS servers. Only authorized support and technical staff can access data (via two-factor authentication);
Process Controls: We maintain an information management ledger and conduct monthly security audits on servers to prevent hacking or data breaches;
Third-Party Restrictions: We never sell or rent your information to third parties. We only share data when necessary and compliant (e.g., shipping address with USPS/FedEx for delivery, order amount with payment processors like PayPal/Visa), and require third parties to adhere to U.S. privacy laws.
4. Your Rights Under CCPA
Access & Correction: View and edit your phone number, shipping address, and other info in "My → Settings → Personal Information";
Data Deletion: Request account deletion via customer support. All personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 days (order records are retained for 1 year for after-sales tracing, then deleted);
Opt-Out of Data Sharing: Disable "third-party data sharing" in "Settings → Privacy" (may affect shipping tracking functionality).
