Terms of Service

1. Service Eligibility

These Terms apply to all users of the Novelty Kingdom APP and website in the United States ("Users");

Users must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under parental/guardian supervision. Corporate clients must provide accurate business information (e.g., company name, business address).

2. Your Rights & Obligations

(1) Your Rights

To customize cards via the APP, track order status, and access shipping updates;

To request returns/exchanges for defective products and receive 24/7 customer support;

To view/edit personal information and choose whether to enable personalized recommendations.

(2) Your Obligations

Provide Accurate Info: Ensure registration and order details are true and up-to-date. You are responsible for order delays or losses caused by incorrect information;

Comply with Content Rules: Uploaded customization materials (text/images) must comply with U.S. laws (no adult content, violence, or copyright infringement). You bear legal responsibility for non-compliant materials;

Adhere to APP Rules: Do not tamper with APP data, steal accounts, or spread false information (e.g., malicious reviews). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations, with no refund of paid amounts.

3. Our Rights & Obligations

(1) Our Rights

Enforce Rules: Suspend services, delete non-compliant content, or terminate accounts for users who violate these Terms;

Service Adjustments: Update APP features (e.g., add card categories, optimize customization 流程) with prior notification via in-app pop-ups;

Dispute Mediation: Assist in resolving disputes between users, but bear no legal liability for such disputes.

(2) Our Obligations

Compliant Service: Provide customization, shipping, and after-sales services in accordance with these Terms and U.S. laws;

Privacy Protection: Adhere to the Privacy Policy to safeguard your data and prevent misuse;

Service Stability: Maintain normal APP and website operation. We will notify users via in-app pop-ups 24 hours in advance of scheduled maintenance (except for emergency outages).

4. Order Terms

Order Activation: An order becomes active once you submit it and complete payment. We will confirm the order within 1 hour;

Order Cancellation: Cancel orders in "My Orders" within 1 hour of payment for a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled after 1 hour or once production starts;

Price Changes: APP prices are real-time. If material costs require price adjustments, we will notify users 3 days in advance. Existing orders remain at the original price.

5. Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure: We are not liable for order delays or failures caused by natural disasters (hurricanes, wildfires), government regulations, or carrier strikes. We will provide a $10 APP coupon as compensation for shipping delays;

Third-Party Liability: We assist in coordinating with carriers for issues like lost or damaged packages but are not directly liable for carrier errors;

Technical Limitations: We will promptly fix temporary APP malfunctions (due to device compatibility or network issues) but are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., missing a gift-giving deadline).

6. Term Effectiveness & Updates

Effective Date: These Terms take effect when you register an APP account or use our services for the first time;

Update Notifications: We will post updated Terms on the APP homepage. The revised Terms take effect on the 发布 date—continuing to use the service means you accept the updates. You may stop using the service if you disagree;

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

7. Dispute Resolution

For disputes related to these Terms, first resolve them via in-app customer support. If negotiation fails, submit the dispute to the District Court of Travis County, Texas (the jurisdiction where our headquarters is located).
